We’ll move through creative sequences and dynamic variations of Sun Salutations A and B to build heat, strength, and stamina, while breathwork (Pranayama) enhances focus and energy. The steady pace encourages you to explore your edge safely, cultivating resilience, balance, and fluidity in your practice. We’ll also incorporate opportunities to practice headstands and arm balances, focusing on proper alignment, strength, and control to help you explore these challenging postures with confidence.
