About Me

I’ve been practicing yoga for over ten years. Like many, I first came to the mat for fun and fitness, but quickly discovered that yoga offered something much deeper: balance, emotional self-regulation, and a lifelong companion. Over time, I developed a daily home practice alongside studio classes, When I later moved to Glasgow I embarked on teacher training, an experience that was both profoundly restorative and life-changing.
Yoga has been a constant thread through my adult life, supporting me in both joyful and challenging times. It has taught me that the practice extends far beyond the physical: it’s a way of moving through the world with grace, patience, resilience, and an open heart. I continue to learn and grow every day — through my own practice and through the wisdom my students bring — and I feel grateful to share this journey with others.
